Even though the family had bough food and drinks from costa, the member of staff called his manager and next thing you know there were 3 staff shouting at the family in middle of the cafe.

The behaviour of the staff disgusted me. What made it worse is the managers behaviour, instead of calming the situation they made a massive scene instead. The family were left embarrassed and left the cafe shorty after. And because of this. I will never go back to costa again.

Very busy on Saturdays especially. Staff are extremely good though and turn things around very quickly.

On our last visit. A small family seated opposite us with two children had bought some snacks with them for their children. Even though the snacks where biscuits/cakes, a member of staff immediately started confronted them for bringing food not bought from costa.

I went into Costa today to enjoy some time with my 5 year old daughter. To my dismay we had an extremely rude and unwelcoming experience by a very rude and aggressive staff member whom had tatoos on his arms and I was so discussed by his behaviour towards my daughter. While she was choosing sandwiches he came along and threw all the sandwiches off the small shelf in the fridge and started restocking them for no apparent reason . My daughter was stood there not understanding what was happening and then decided she didn't want a sandwich at all. He then casually carried on. I will never visit this Costa branch again although the manager was delightful this particular staff member had a serious issue which must be addressed.
